Mixed Vinyasa Flow

Restorative
Rest is not a reward. It’s a right.
A deeply restful practice designed to support your body in stillness. Using props to fully support each shape, you’ll be guided into long-held postures that invite the nervous system to soften and settle. There’s no effort, no striving — just space to breathe, release, and receive.
This class is ideal for anyone feeling depleted, overstimulated, or simply in need of quiet. All bodies and all levels are welcome.
Somatic Classes
