SOMATIC PARTS WORK: A Workshop + Series:
4 Week Journey to Embodied Self-Leadership
This is a curated, four-week experiential program integrating the wisdom of Parts Work (Internal Family Systems principles) with deep Somatic awareness. We move beyond traditional talk to help you build an intimate, healing relationship with your internal world.
This holistic, trauma-informed approach teaches you to tune into your body's sensations—the core language of your nervous system—to gently meet and understand the emotional residue held by your protective and wounded Parts. We recognize that true, lasting healing happens by bringing the mind, body, and all your Parts into alignment.
What You Will Discover and Cultivate
Over four weeks, you will embark on a mindful and deep exploration of your internal landscape, focusing on two core practices:

Mapping Your Nervous System Capacity: You will explore and discover your body's current capacity (or "window of tolerance") for experiences like joy, stress, intimacy, and conflict. We will gently inquire: How much of this can my system safely hold and process before my Protectors step in and overwhelm me? You'll learn to honor your unique capacity, respecting that pushing limits leads to shutdown, and that Pacing is the key to lasting regulation.

Accessing Self-Energy through the Body: Through gentle, group-led somatic practices, education and guided meditations, you will learn to build your somatic awareness and establish a foundation of nervous system regulation. This opens the pathway to connecting with all your Parts from Self-energy—the core state of compassion, curiosity, calm, and confidence.
The Embodied Approach to Healing
This program is focused on cultivating safety, awareness, and embodiment, supporting healing that moves beyond symptom management. By fostering a relationship of genuine curiosity and compassion toward all Parts of the Self—the courageous protectors, the sensitive exiles, and the wise leaders—you will cultivate Self-Leadership and a resilient connection to your whole, true Self.
Inside each of us live many parts - tender protectors, hidden voices, old survival patterns, quiet dreams. Some parts you know well. Others live under the surface and show up as tension in your body, a tight throat, a racing mind - pieces of you that want to be heard but rarely have space to speak. If you are human, you have parts.
Most of us are already speaking with them - but few of us pause long enough to really listen. The voice that urges you to rest. The voice that scolds you for resting. The tightness in your chest that says be careful. The soft place in your belly that whispers you’re safe now.
Somatic Parts Work invites you to meet these parts not just in your mind, but through your living, breathing body. This is where real change happens -not by fixing, but by listening.

In this workshop + series, we bring this work into the body. Through gentle movement, grounding practices, breathwork, and guided inquiry, you’ll:

Notice how each part shows up in sensation, thoughts, posture, breath, or voice.

Learn to be with these parts - without pushing them away or letting them take over.

Build a felt sense of self-leadership - so all parts belong, but none run the show alone.

Opening Workshop: A 2-hour live session to map your inner landscape and learn foundational somatic parts tools.

4-Week Hybrid Series: Weekly guided gatherings in-person and online via Zoom to deepen, practice, and integrate. Each session includes breathwork, gentle somatic movement, parts inquiry, group reflection and Q&A.

Private Online Group Space: For a confidential container for community, support, practice integration, and ongoing learning outside of the scheduled live sessions.

Resources for Home: Simple prompts and short somatic parts work practices to help you continue tending to your parts between sessions.

Week 1 — Online: Tuesday 5:30- 7:30PM + Thursday 5:30 - 7:30PM or In-person Sunday 12:00 - 2:00PM (for local participants who wish to have an in-person experience)

To meet diverse needs and schedules, we deliver the same core content twice weekly. Allowing you the flexibility to choose the format that best suits your schedule and your preference. Weekly classes will be offered as 1 in-person and 1 online via Zoom.
