SOMATIC SENSATIONS CHART

Somatic sensations are physical feelings that arise in the body. They may come and go, shift in intensity, or be hard to name at first. There’s no right or wrong—just curiosity

SOMATIC RESOURCING

Resourcing is the practice of connecting with people, memories, sensations, and images that bring us a sense of safety, comfort, ease, or strength. These “resources” help regulate our nervous system and create a foundation for healing and resilience

Rather than trying to "fix" or "figure out" what's wrong, we take a somatic approach — offering the body what it needs to feel steady, supported and connected.
You're invited to move at your own pace, honoring your body's wisdom every step of the way

SOMATIC JOURNALing

Journal prompts offer a simple yet powerful way to slow down and check in with your body. They help you explore what you’re feeling, where you’re holding tension, and how your inner world is responding to life around you.

They help bring language to the often wordless experience of the body, offering insight, release, and a deeper sense of presence.

These prompts are here to support your journey—helping you process experiences, build self-awareness, and reconnect with your body in a kind and curious way.

Self-led practices

Before we can dive into deeper emotional work, our system needs reliable anchors — tools and practices that create a sense of safety, steadiness, and self-support. Somatic practices strengthen our capacity to stay present, to be with, to feel without becoming overwhelmed, and to move through healing processes at a sustainable, self-honoring pace.
